I had knee replacement surgery on Friday, November 11th. It's been a little bit of a rocky road but I am back on track to recovery. Please continue to freely browse the blog and I will get back at it as soon as I am able. Thanks for all your support! K

I was so surprised to hear you had knee replacement. I have been fighting this for well over a year and still plugging along with my knee pain. This is hoping that you'll do well in your recovery. And good for you in getting it done! I have two women, especially one in my life, my wife Ruth, and the other is her good girlfriend, who are "deniers" when it comes to addressing their knee issues, pain, ability to get around. David Gray
Thank you everyone. I'll take all prayers! The surgery is the easy part. Now, I'm working on the hard part. PT! So far everything is going well. But, I think the pain meds are trying to get the best of me. Love to all. K
